It’s All in Your Mind!

by anita

No doubt this is difficult to watch! However, the symbolism of fighting, taking the hard knocks, getting up and not giving up IS powerful. (I have never cared much for boxing and remember watching Will Smith in “Ali” and having my eyes covered much of the time!)

Take this in today and look at where you are with what you have told yourself about yourself. Will you..can you dare to be powerful beyond measure!

Wow, that’s so intense it’s hard to watch! Really brings home the way self-defeating thinking can take me down…

Thanks!

Hi Anita,

I love the message and have to admit the fight scenes made me a little squeamish. I’m a wimp but I do agree that we all have power beyond belief and we must tap into it to show the world what we’re really made of.

To unlimited success!

Write on!~

It’s a powerful message. (but Lisa and I must be wimps separated at birth.) Makes me think, though, how can my power and strength manifest without causing pain in others.
I love your recommended reading list!
All best,
Grace

Anita – That was pretty visceral and I loved the emotions it churned up…making me feel uncomfortable and elated at the same time. I love things that get me out of my comfort zone! Thanks so much for sharing it…

Wow … I got all fired up when I watched that. Thanks for sharing. I love the words by Marianne Williamson – “what most frightens us is that we are powerful beyond measure.” It’s my mission to break people of that fear. Glad to be on the journey with you!

Anita, While the fight scene was hard to watch, the message was beyond powerful, and the words really brought up a lot of emotion for me.

Thanks!

I agree. It was difficult BUT it really got the point across and Tony Robbins is so good at doing just that.

Lisa…I’m such a wimp when it comes to boxing or wrestling or just violence in general. I’m all about LOVE NOT WAR….but I think the message was powerful. Thanks for your comment and YES the margaritas will be waiting for us in June!!

Thank you Barbara! Thoughts are so much more powerful than we imagine. Change your thoughts and change your outcome.
